New Construction Construct a residence that accommodates a large family and fits within a traditional design framework. To minimize circulation space the main floor living spaces revolve around an open central stair. The second floor plan includes (4) bedrooms, (2) baths and a laundry room. The 3rd floor attic space is the master suite including walk-in closet, full bath, and bonus room. The façade height and bulk was modulated with bay windows and recessed entries. The main front porch and roof scale down in height to the front. A sunroom off the living room retains interior space while maintaining the full porch effect. A large hipped roof was tailored with spacious dormers giving full headroom throughout the master bedroom. |
